Our 100% cotton kippot are not factory made but hand crocheted one by one.
So they are not standard and this is part of their appeal.
Some small variations from kipa to kipa in measurements, color and softness can be expected.
- Custom designs as logo and/or names can be printed by us on most of the items.
- ZaraMart will promptly advise items not available at time of ordering and whenever possible, alternatives will be offered. Alternative items will not be shipped without the buyer's prior approval in each case.

- Shipping charges for overseas orders (to outside of Israel):
- Orders above $400: shipping is free.
- Orders up to $400: the minimum shipping charge is 15$. We will charge 1$ per item up to 30$. We will not charge more than 30$ for the shipping.
- Shipping charges in Israel:
- Orders up to $100: the cost of delivery and handling is 15$. 15.5% V.A.T (Value Added Tax) must be added on the total of the order.
- Orders above $100: the delivery and handling is free. 15.5% V.A.T (Value Added Tax) must be added on the total of the order.
Ways of shipping:

We dispatch all orders up to 400US$ by registered air mail.
To receive goods sent by air-mail usually takes about 14 days from dispatch date.
It is sometimes - but not always - possible to track registered mail sent to USA only, through the
United State Postal Service web track-site.
Note, however, that if you don't manage to track your mail, this doesn't mean
that there is any problem with your parcel. It is impossible to track registered
mail sent to other countries than USA.
By paying an additional 25US$ parcels less than 400US$ can be delivered express by EMS
usually within 5-7 days from dispatch date.

To receive goods sent by EMS usually takes about 5-7 days from dispatch date.
EMS gives door to door delivery. The location of parcels sent to USA are traceable
through USPS web site.
Parcels to other countries can be tracked through the
web site of Israeli Post.

- You may check your order status and view the situation of all your orders placed in the last 3 months.
Shipping Address:
- All orders must be shipped to a street address. PO Boxes will not be accepted. ZaraMart. assumes responsibility for shipping to the address which was stated in the order.

- Orders above $400 are shipped, at no charge, by EMS messenger services.

When you register at ZaraMart, we ask you for your full name, physical address, telephone number and credit card number so we can ship your
order. We use this information to process your orders and to communicate with you about the status of your orders. We also use your email address to send you newsletters, as well as messages about ZaraMart's special offers, promotional announcements and consumer surveys. If you no longer want to receive the newsletters and/or other announcements , simply unsubscribe. We use your telephone number only if there is an order-related issue, not for marketing purposes. Our server stores this information so that placing future orders will be quicker and easier.
- We will not sell, rent or disclose your personally identifying information to third parties without notifying you of our intent and receiving your prior agreement. ZaraMart also reserves the right to disclose information when required by law.

Easy Returns:
Returns are not only possible, but also easy!
If you wish to return an item, it can be sent back for an exchange, credit or refund .
For regular goods you will be credited for full amount paid. For personalized items you will only be credited for 50% of your payment.
Acceptance of returns are subject to the following:
- Only items supplied directly by ZaraMart are returnable.
- Returns must be sent not later than the FIFTH day after receipt by the buyer.
- Durable packing materials must be used for the return shipment to the seller.
- The buyer may return the goods via surface mail or otherwise at the buyer's discretion.
- The buyer is advised to insure the goods being returned.
- The costs of packing, return shipment and insurance are on the buyer's account and are not refundable. Any collect charges for shipment will be deducted from money refunded, or if excessive, the seller will refuse to pay such charges.
- When returning goods, the buyer must at the same time advise the seller by fax or e-mail of details of the items being returned, and of method of shipment.
- The buyer must include a letter in the parcel stating that these goods have been bought from "ZaraMart, Israel", and are being returned to "ZaraMart, Israel" for refund. This letter is required by Israeli Custom Authorities. A copy of this letter should be immediately faxed to ZaraMart.
- Proofs of receipt by the buyer, and of return shipment to the seller, must be sent per airmail to the seller (not packed with goods being returned).
