An affiliate program is a revenue sharing program where the affiliate (that's you!) drives traffic to a merchant's web site (that's us!) in exchange for referral commissions. When a visitor to your site clicks on the affiliate link to our site and completes a purchase, you get a commission on every item they buy! So, this is the process:

with commissions on any and all tracked sales made within 3(!) years by customers referred to us, and not only on the first deal made (like many affiliate program do!). We know many affiliate programs that give only a 30 or 45 days tracking cookie, and afterwards keep the referred client to themselves for lifetime. We believe that an affiliate deserves more than that. Sending a new customer to a merchant and only receiving a one time commission will not give an affiliate the return it needs on the effort it puts into selling a merchant's product.

and collect your commissions.
How are sales tracked from my site?
Our affiliate software combines two of the most effective methods of affiliate sales tracking - "Cookie Tracking" and "Database Record Matching". Many affiliate programs rely only on one tracking method. We rely on two, resulting in better accuracy in tracking!
Once your application is accepted, you will be given a unique affiliate ID. The unique affiliate ID code of every affiliate is embedded in their affiliate links. When an affiliate link is clicked by a prospective customer (Referral Click), the Affiliate Program Software saves a cookie on the prospective customer's computer to record the event (Referral Cookie). A unique ID, which corresponds to the unique affiliate ID of the affiliate, is recorded with the Referral Cookie. When a Product is purchased through the shopping cart of our website, the customer's computer is checked for the presence of a Referral Cookie. If a Referral Cookie is present and contains an ID code that corresponds to the unique affiliate ID code of the affiliate, the cookie is considered valid and the purchase is recorded as a conversion for the Affiliate ID credited with the Referral Cookie (Conversion). The Referral Cookie lasts for 3 (three) years (the 3 years referral period) unless it is not accepted by the user's browser or removed from the user's browser.
In conjunction with the cookie tracking method, our Affiliate Program Software uses "Database Record matching" tracking method, which tracks sales made to returning customers. The initial sale must be tracked by the cookie tracking method, and then the system stores the unique login ID of the customer, along with the referring affiliate's ID. When that customer returns and buys again in the future, the customer database is searched to find if an affiliate is related to the customer and the identity of the affiliate, and thus records a conversion for the relevant affiliate. The referral tracking by this method as well is limited to a period of 3 (three) years.
The first affiliate to refer a prospective customer to our website will be the affiliate credited with tracked conversions performed by the relevant customer, within the 3 years referral period. A referral click upon a second affiliate link does not alter an existing referral cookie saved on a customer's browser. If a cookie is saved on a customer's browser, which relates to a different affiliate than the affiliate recorded by the Database Record Matching tracking method, the Database Record Matching method determines the affiliate who will be credited for the customer's conversion.
How much will I earn?
Affiliates earn 7.5% in referral fees on any and all verified sales made within 3(!) years by customers referred to us, and not only on the first deal made (like many affiliate program do!).
When do I get paid?
We calculate commissions on a monthly basis and deliver the payment approximately 30 days following the end of each month. The minimal commission payment via PayPal is of $25. For payment via bank transfers the minimal commission payment sum is $100. For payment via Israeli check the minimal commission payment sum is NIS 100.
What is the commission approval procedure?
In the common case, we approve commissions after receiving an authorization from the credit card company to charge the relevant sum for the sale, and only after the order is dispatched. Then we confirm the sale and an email is sent to the affiliate announcing the commission. In addition the confirmed sale and commission are presented on the affiliate account's statistics page.
Please bear in mind that it may happen that after a sale is reported, there is a need to reverse the sale and commission, since payments may be subject to conditions such as policies regarding order cancellation, returned merchandise and receipt of pending credit card authorizations and funds .
I'm signed up, now what?
Once your application is approved, you will receive an e-mail welcoming you into our
affiliate program and providing you with a unique affiliate ID as well as custom-formatted links that will ensure that traffic coming from your site is properly tracked. Add links to your site and get paid for sales made by customers referred from you website to ZaraMart. Our tracking system provides you with real time information about clicks and sales generated from your site. It's easy!
What is your pay-per-click advertising policy for affiliates?
It is prohibited to use an affiliate link in any pay-per-click advertising campaign. Linking from a pay-per-click ad directly to our website is strictly prohibited.
We also don't allow using the ZaraMart and/or a-zara brand names, brand name misspelling or similar variations (for example "zara", "azara", etc.), as keyword or keyword phrases on PPC search engines, as search terms, in the text of the ads and in the url address.

Is there anything else I need to know?
